SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9
1:00 PM - Welcome and Check In
Arrive at the gorgeous Hillside Boutique Hotel, check in with the front desk to receive your room key and Welcome Bag filled with special goodies just for you!
2:00 PM - Pilates Sweat Session
Hope Pedraza of InBalance will kick us off with a Pilates Flow class that will tone and sculpt that body!
3:00 PM - Shower and Clean Up
After our Pilates Sweat Session, take a quick break in your room to shower and clean up for an evening filled with positivity and activity.
5:00 PM - Happy Hour
Mingle with the other women attending our retreat and enjoy a selection of hand picked wine and hors d'oeuvres.
6:00 PM - Workshop: The Female Body
In this workshop, we sit down with Dr. Heather Caddell, MD to discuss everything you ever wanted to know about the female body. Heather is an OBGYN in San Antonio, Texas and brings a great deal of expertise when it comes to understanding your body. This session will allow us to ask all of those questions you have always wanted to, but have been too embarrassed to ask!
7:00 PM - Dinner
Relax and enjoy a chef curated 4-course dinner with wine pairings. In true fashion, we will ensure that each guest has great food, great wine, and great conversation.
9:00 PM - Workshop: Pillow Talk
To cap off the night, we will sit down for one final workshop focused on passion in relationships. This session will focus on maintaining a healthy relationship with your loved one.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 10
9:00 AM - Morning Yoga Flow
Wake up to a yoga flow class led by Hope Pedraza. In this class, you will flow from one posture to another, synchronizing breath and movement. You will leave this retreat feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
10:00 AM - Cup of Conversation
We will wrap up our mini retreat with a lovely brunch and coffee paired with quality conversation.
11:00 AM - Check out and Farewell
What does my ticket price include? Everything! No hidden fees here. Your ticket price includes your hotel stay, workout sessions, workshops, food, wine, and the gorgeous setting.
What do I need to bring? We recommend that you bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one, we will have some available for purchase for $20.
What should I wear? For Saturday, you should arrive in workout clothes for the Pilates Sweat Session and have a change of clothes for the evening activities. We recommend that you bring something cute and comfortable - reminder that we will take lots of photos! For Sunday, please have a comfortable yoga style outfit for your Morning Yoga Flow session. You can also wear this outfit for our brunch and farewells.
